ECO D. Gift Vouchers are an ideal gift for the ones you love.
When you purchase a Gift Voucher online, an Electronic Gift Voucher (E-Voucher) will be emailed to you.
You can then forward the E-Voucher to your loved one via email or print it out to gift wrap yourself.
E-Vouchers can be used immediately online at shop.ecod.com.au. E-Vouchers can take up to two business days from purchase to be active for use in ECO D. boutiques.
If you wish to purchase a different voucher amount that those amounts automatically available online, please email shop@ecod.com.au or call (03) 9819 5416 for assistance.

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to dispatch your order after it has been processed as we often fulfil our online orders from multiple locations. During promotional and sale periods, dispatch time can be between 2-8 business days.

Online Returns: Items purchased online which are in their original condition with all labels and tags attached can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. However ‘Final Sale’ items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Get styled in store with personalised selections just for you! Styling sessions are available to book in any of our 9 boutiques. During your personalised session, our stylists can work the latest trends into your existing wardrobe, curate a head-to-toe look for an upcoming event or special occasion, find the perfect pieces for your next getaway, or simply assist you to try different styles to see what shapes and cuts flatter you most. In boutique styling sessions can be booked one-on-one or for an intimate group. These appointments with our stylists are complimentary and there is no commitment to purchase.
Virtual Styling Sessions
If you don’t live locally to one of our 9 boutiques, or you prefer to shop from the comfort of your own space, connect with a stylist via a one-on-one video call. Simply select the virtual appointment option below and follow the prompts in Calendly to book a date and time that best suits you. You will have the opportunity to provide us with some details about your styling needs and we will have a curated selection ready to showcase live during your video call. After your call, any items purchased will be delivered to your door with complimentary express shipping.
