How To Place An Order

Order Processing Please allow up to 1–3 business days for processing. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Victorian public holidays. Processing times are separate from shipping times. During sale and promotional periods, processing times may be extended due to increased order volumes. Once dispatched, standard Australia Post delivery timeframes apply. Please click here for more information. Product Availability Product availability is not guaranteed at the time of purchase. If an item in your order becomes unavailable or experiences a delay, you will be notified promptly via email and given the option to choose an alternative item or receive a refund. If you are needing something in a hurry, please contact us and we can check stock availability and advise on fulfilment times. Order Dispatch Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. If you have not received confirmation within 7 business days, please email shop@ecod.com.au. Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria using Australia Post.

Standard Delivery Australia	2–5 Business Days Victoria 3–7 Business Days Interstate Standard shipping is free for orders over AUD$100 and AUD$10 for orders under AUD$100.
Express Delivery Australia	1–2 Business Days Victoria 1–3 Business Days Interstate Express shipping within Australia can be selected at checkout for AUD$15.
Standard Delivery New Zealand	4–7 Business Days Standard shipping to New Zealand is AUD$20.
Express Delivery New Zealand	2–5 Business Days Express shipping to New Zealand is AUD$35.
Click & Collect	Click & Collect is complimentary. Simply select your preferred ECO D. boutique at checkout. IMPORTANT: Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the boutique.

Authority to Leave Orders are sent with signature required. ECO D. does not take responsibility for lost or damaged items when delivery instructions have been changed to ‘authority to leave’ by the customer.
