Standard delivery within Australia
- 2-5 business days Victoria
- 2-6 business days NSW, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas

Shipping is free on all orders over AUD150.00 and AUD10.00 for orders under AUD150.00. Please allow between 2-5 business days to receive your package from the time you place your order. We’ll keep you up to date by sending you a tracking number so you can view your package’s progress.
Parcels delivered to metro areas are shipped with Couriers Please. Parcels delivered to rural areas and P.O Boxes are shipped using Australia Post. If you would prefer either carrier to be used to deliver your order, please send us a message with the request and be sure to include your order number.
Express delivery within Australia

Delivery to New Zealand
Shipping on all orders to New Zealand is AUD20.00. Please allow between 4-10 business days to receive your package from the time you place your order. We’ll keep you up to date by sending you a tracking number so you can view your package’s progress. For shipping outside of Australia, we use stand Australia Post international delivery service.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a complimentary service, and incurs no delivery fees or extra charges. Simply select the ECO D. boutique you wish to collect from at check out. Your order will be available for collection from the allocated ECO D. boutique within 1-3 business days of purchase.
After placing your order, you will be sent an order confirmation, followed by a separate email when your order is ready for collection. IMPORTANT: Please wait until you receive an email saying your order is ready for collection before heading in store.
To collect your order, you will need to show photo ID (such as a drivers licence) and proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or collection notification email). If you are unable to collect your order within 10 days please contact us at email@example.com and we can arrange shipping at an additional cost.
Authority to leave
ECO D. does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit of packages whose delivery instructions were changed to ‘authority to leave’ by the customer post dispatch. We do not recommend altering your shipping instructions to 'authority to leave' in any circumstance. We recommend to have it delivered to your work place instead.
