Shipping



 

Order Fulfillment and Dispatch 

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders are processed through our system during business hours only so orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If an item on your order has become unavailable or is delayed, you will be notified promptly via email and provided with the option to select an alternative item or receive a refund.

Payment authorisation and address verification must occur prior to order processing.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to dispatch your order after it has been processed as we often fulfill our online orders from multiple locations. During promotional and sale periods, dispatch time can be between 1-4 business days. Orders are shipped from Melbourne Victoria.

If you have not received your order within seven (7) business days, please contact us at shop@ecod.com.au. Remember to include the order number to enable prompt follow up.

Standard delivery within Australia 

  • 2-4 business days Victoria
  • 3-6 business days interstate (ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS & WA)

Standard shipping is free on all orders over AUD$100 and AUD$10 for orders under AUD$100. We’ll keep you up to date by sending you a tracking number so you can view the progress of your package. 

Express delivery within Australia

  • 1-2 business days Victoria
  • 1-3 business days interstate (ACTNSWNT, QLD, SA, TAS & WA) 

Express shipping within Australia can be selected at check out for an additional AUD$15. We’ll keep you up to date by sending you a tracking number so you can view the progress of your package. 

Delivery to New Zealand
Standard shipping on orders to New Zealand is AUD$20. Please allow between 4 -10 business days to receive your package from the time you place your order.

Express shipping on orders to New Zealand is AUD$35. Please allow between 3 -7 business days to receive your package from the time you place your order.

All shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience longer delivery time in some circumstances such as promotional and sale periods. We’ll keep you up to date by sending you a tracking number so you can view the process of your package. For shipping outside of Australia, we use stand Standard Australia Post international delivery service.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a complimentary service, and incurs no delivery fees or extra charges. Simply select the ECO D. boutique you wish to collect from at check out. Your order will usually be available for collection from the selected ECO D. boutique within 2-5 business days of purchase.

After placing your order, you will be sent an order confirmation, followed by a separate email when your order is ready for collection. 

IMPORTANT: Please wait until you receive an email saying your order is ready for collection before heading to your selected boutique to collect your order.

To collect your order, you will be required to show photo ID (such as a drivers licence) and proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or collection notification email).

If you are unable to collect your order within 10 days please contact us at shop@ecod.com.au and we can arrange shipping at an additional cost.

Authority to leave
Orders are sent with the requirement for ‘signature on delivery’ ECO D. does not take responsibility for lost or damaged items when delivery instructions have been changed to ‘authority to leave’ by the customer. We do not recommend altering your shipping instructions to 'authority to leave' under any circumstances. If there is an attempted delivery when you are not home to receive the order, orders shipped using Australia Post will be delivered to your local post office for collection. You can view the location of your parcel awaiting collection using your tracking number on the Australia Post website.
