Shipping
Order Fulfillment and Dispatch
Online orders are processed by our team on business days during business hours. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable or is delayed, you will be notified promptly via email and provided with the option to select an alternative item or receive a refund.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to dispatch your order after it has been processed as we often fulfill our online orders from multiple locations. During promotional and sale periods, dispatch time can be between 1-4 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days, please email us at shop@ecod.com.au. Please remember to include the order number to enable prompt follow up.
Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria using Australia Post. All shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience longer delivery time in some circumstances. We’ll keep you up to date by sending you a tracking number so you can view the progress of your package.
Standard Delivery within Australia
- 2-4 business days Victoria
- 3-6 business days Interstate (ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS & WA)
Standard shipping is free for orders over AUD$100 and AUD$10 for orders under AUD$100.
Express Delivery within Australia
- 1-2 business days Victoria
- 1-3 business days Interstate (ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS & WA)
Express shipping within Australia can be selected at checkout for AUD$15.
Standard Delivery to New Zealand
- 4-7 business days
Standard shipping for orders to New Zealand is AUD$20.
Express Delivery to New Zealand
- 2-5 business days
Express shipping to New Zealand can be selected at checkout for AUD$35.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a complimentary service and incurs no delivery fees or charges. Simply select the ECO D. boutique you wish to collect from at checkout. Your order will usually be available for collection from the selected ECO D. boutique within 2-5 business days.
After placing your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you, followed by a separate email when your order is ready for collection.
IMPORTANT: Please wait until you receive the second email confirming your order is ready for collection before heading to your selected boutique.
To collect your order, you will be required to show photo ID (such as a driver’s licence) and proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or collection notification email). If you are unable to collect your order within 10 days, please email us at shop@ecod.com.au and we can arrange shipping at an additional cost.
Authority to leave
Orders are sent with the requirement for ‘signature on delivery’. ECO D. does not take responsibility for lost or damaged items when delivery instructions have been changed to ‘authority to leave’ by the customer. We do not recommend altering your shipping instructions to 'authority to leave' under any circumstances.
If there is an attempted delivery when you are not available to receive your order, it will be delivered to your local post office for collection. You can view the location of your parcel awaiting collection using your tracking number on the Australia Post website.
