Order Processing
Please allow up to 1–3 business days for processing. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Victorian public holidays. During sale and promotional periods, processing times may be extended due to increased order volumes - please allow additional time. Orders are processed in chronological order. Product Availability
Product availability is not guaranteed at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable or delayed, you will be notified via email with the option to select an alternative or receive a refund.
