Delivery to New Zealand
Shipping on all orders to New Zealand is AUD20.00. Please allow between 4-10 business days to receive your package from the time you place your order. We’ll keep you up to date by sending you a tracking number so you can view your package’s progress. For shipping outside of Australia, we use stand Australia Post international delivery service.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a complimentary service, and incurs no delivery fees or extra charges. Simply select the ECO D. boutique you wish to collect from at check out. Your order will be available for collection from the allocated ECO D. boutique within 1-5 business days of purchase.
After placing your order, you will be sent an order confirmation, followed by a separate email when your order is ready for collection. IMPORTANT: Please wait until you receive an email saying your order is ready for collection before heading in store.
To collect your order, you will need to show photo ID (such as a drivers licence) and proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or collection notification email). If you are unable to collect your order within 10 days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange shipping at an additional cost.
Authority to leave
ECO D. does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit of packages whose delivery instructions were changed to ‘authority to leave’ by the customer post dispatch. We do not recommend altering your shipping instructions to 'authority to leave' in any circumstance. If there is an attempted delivery but you are not home to receive the order, orders shipped using Australia post will be delivered to your local post office for collection and orders shipping using Couriers Please will be delivered to a local pick up point (usually a local new-agency or petrol station). You can view the location of your parcel awaiting collection through tracking.
