ECO D. Gift Vouchers are an ideal gift for the ones you love.
When you purchase a Gift Voucher online, an Electronic Gift Voucher (E-Voucher) will be emailed to you.
You can then forward the E-Voucher to your loved one via email or print it out to gift wrap yourself.
E-Vouchers can be used immediately online at shop.ecod.com.au. E-Vouchers can take up to two business days from purchase to be active for use in ECO D. boutiques.
If you wish to purchase a different voucher amount that those amounts automatically available online, please email shop@ecod.com.au or call (03) 9819 5416 for assistance.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to dispatch your order after it has been processed as we often fulfil our online orders from multiple locations. During promotional and sale periods, dispatch time can be between 1-4 business days.

Online Returns: Items purchased online which are in their original condition with all labels and tags attached can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. However ‘Final Sale’ items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Appointments with our stylists are complimentary and there's no commitment to purchase. Simply select your preferred boutique and follow the prompts in Calendly to book a date and time that best suits you. You will also have the opportunity to provide us with some details about your styling needs so we can pre-shop the store and pull items in your size ready for your appointment.
