How To Place An Order

  1. To view the products available at shop.ecod.com.au, browse NEW ARRIVALS, DESIGNERS or SHOP.

  2. Once you have located an item you wish to purchase, select your size and colour and click on the ADD TO BAG button.

  3. To view the item/s in your SHOPPING BAG, click the shopping bag icon at the top right hand corner of your screen.

  4. To continue shopping simply click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button.

  5. You can use the X button to remove items from your shopping bag.

  6. Click on the CHECKOUT button to complete your order.

Fulfilment

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders are processed through our system during business hours only so orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If an item on your order has become unavailable or is delayed, you will be notified promptly via email and provided with the option to select an alternative item or receive a refund.

Payment authorisation and address verification must occur prior to processing orders.

If you have not received your order within seven (7) business days, please contact us at shop@ecod.com.au. Remember to include the order number to enable prompt follow up.

Afterpay

ECO D. is excited to announce we now offer Afterpay to make shopping with us even easier!

Afterpay is a payment service that allows you to pay for your entire order in 4 fortnightly instalments.

How does Afterpay work?

  1. Add items to your shopping bag and continue through the checkout as normal. 
  2. Select Afterpay as your payment method in the checkout
  3. Login or register with Afterpay and confirm your order

Shipping and refunds for Afterpay

Your order will be shipped and refunded as our normal terms & conditions. If a refund is being processed and you have been charged an instalment, the funds will be back in your account within 1-3 business days. Any future instalments will be cancelled.

Gift Vouchers

Electronic Gift Vouchers (E-Vouchers) are available for purchase online at shop.ecod.com.au. E-Vouchers are emailed to you at time of purchase. You can then forward the E-Voucher to your loved one via email or print it out to gift wrap yourself. E-Vouchers can be used immediately online at shop.ecod.com.au. To redeem online simply enter the 16 digit voucher code at checkout. E-Vouchers can take up to two business days from purchase to be active for use in ECO D. boutiques. To redeem in our boutiques, present the E-Voucher on your device or a print out at the time of purchase. E-Vouchers cannot be redeemed in our boutiques unless the E-voucher is presented. 

Gift Vouchers are available for purchase in all ECO D. boutiques. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in all ECO D. boutiques. Gift Vouchers that have been purchased in our boutiques can also be redeemed online at shop.ecod.com.au if requested, please email shop@ecod.com.au or call (03) 9819 5416 to activate your Gift Voucher for use online. 

Gift Vouchers and E-Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Currency and Taxes

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% is included within all prices.
