Returns & Exchanges For In Store Purchases 

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased in store at ECO D. please visit the boutique in which you made the purchase within 7 days. Items can only be returned in the original condition in which they were received with all labels and tags attached and accompanied with the original proof of purchase receipt. You are entitled to an exchange or credit note for returns of ‘change of mind’. You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit note if the merchandise you have purchased is faulty. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or become faulty within a reasonable period and this is at the discretion of ECO D. to determine.

Please note, items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Subject to inspection of the returned item, we will provide you with the option for the item to be replaced, to select an alternative item or receive a credit note or refund. Credit notes are valid for 6 month only.

Sale items purchased in store are considered final sale. They cannot be returned in store or exchanged.
